HI,Payments due today were supposed to be in the bank on Friday so check you didn't receive it then. If you haven't there's a number of reason which it could be... have you had a recent work capability assessment? A recent PIP assessment? Even then we can only guess what the reason is so you'll need to ring them once they open tomorrow.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Hi no I’ve had no recent assessments

You’ll just have to wait until tomorrow to ring then, as advised it should have been paid on Friday anyway not today.

We had a letter Friday saying we had to pay £10 a week back due to my partner working a few years ago a couple of hours a day he believed he was allowed as a Esa assistant told him on the phone he was allowed and it wouldn’t affect benefits he was lied to but we’re unable to prove it, they sent a letter last year saying it was agreed for payments to be stopped so they stopped the reduced payments, yesterday we received a letter saying money was being reduced again
