in Start here and say hello!

Hey Guys im new here , ive been struggling alot with weight loss over the past few years and have seen my motivation hit an all time low lately but have watched this video on youtube and has helped me to know that i am not alone in this journey. please let me know if it is helpful

    It's good to know that you've found a source of motivation to help with your weight loss :) Unfortunately, the link provided to Youtube doesn't appear to be working, if you want to try posting it again?
