Pip review with decision maker

Hi all. Rang the pip today as they had my form for review for 15 weeks, the advisor on the phone said it was with the decision maker but needs to check something, the advisor came back and said it's been sent back to the assessors as the decision maker needed to clarify something with them. I have had no face to face and no phone assessment, so.

1. Could the assessors give me a Face to face, or could it be the assessment has been done, but just needs one thing clarifying?

Thanks, it is now with two new decision makers after last week's call.seems odd
