Poem Cerebral Palsy for Awareness
A young man called Jay
He hoped one day
Jay and the other people with disabilities come together to fight for change
As there is a range of people with hidden talents inside us all.
As we call together to bring change as we celebrate Cerebral Palsy awareness.
As we campaign in all weathers for change for people with disabilities.
It’s our time to shine and prove our doubters wrong.
As we need to stay stronger, as we sing the fight song together
We all have fantastic endeavours to succeed with our passion.
I am a Community Volunteer Host. Please note: if I use the online community outside of its hours of administration, I am doing so in a personal capacity only.
