Hello everyone
Not posted in a while my mental health has been bad.
I spoke pip today. I put my Mr in over 10 weeks ago. I asked for an update today. I was told that they have overlooked something and it is with a specialist team. What that means I don't know. They have given themselves 5 days to sort. Is this good news or bad new. Any help would be grateful. I've been fighting them now over 14 months.
Thankyou Sarah

It's not unusual for the MR to take 12 weeks, sometimes longer. It doesn't mean anything other than a decision's not been made yet.

Yes I know it can take longer they have given themselves five days to get the decision. What I do not understand is that it's gone to a different team because pip think they have messed up.
I should of been done under the special rules and I wasn't. My MP questioned why I wasnt done under special rules because he has now wrote to them because how they have dealt with my case. I don't understand how they have overlooked something.0 -

Only DWP can answer that question.
