I’ve just joined and am feeling a bit lonely today I had a stroke in 2018 and before it as it’s Saturday I would be out doing stuff. Is there anyone out there who can help me drag myself up, please?

Hi and welcome to the community
Sorry you are feeling lonely hope joining our community will help you0 -
Welcome to the community @janeyT It's great to have you on board!
I'm also sorry to hear about your stroke, and that it's still affecting you. Have you tried making a small list of achievable things you could do today? That could be anything from getting up and making a cup of tea, to going out for a bit of fresh air, or even meeting up with a friend.
What do you enjoy doing?0 -
Hi welcome to the community. It has helped me to be on this forum and not been very happy with being lonely. I have no close people to talk to. Sorry you are not feeling well and hope you be able to pick up again.
