Oh god! I'm currently isolating as my son has covid and I'm having very low mood and worrying all the time.

I'm sorry to hear that you're currently having to isolate due to your son having coronavirus. How's he feeling?
I'm also sorry to hear that you've been experiencing some low mood and anxiety. Is this because of the self isolation, or something else (or a combinations of things!)? -
It's a combination of things but I feel worse since self isolating.

I can appreciate how self-isolating would make those feelings a bit worse. Do you have everything you need, such as food and other essential supplies? How are you both feeling? -

I hated isolating it made my depression so much worse.

Tori_Scope I'm OK I guess the depression doesn't get any better because I don't go out without being in isolation anyway so it's the same thing every day for me!

Yes I have medication from my doctor and I'm out of isolation now.

I do try and exercise a bit but lately I've had a terrible pain in my groin and hip joint so I find it hard x
