Please help with email spam

Don't know if this is the right place but how to I stop the forum emailing me?

I've unticked all the boxes in the notications bit but I'm getting inundated because I joined in a couple discussions on here and I don't know how to fix it ?

    Unfortunately there is an issue with email notifications at the moment. We're looking at solutions but in the meantime we could manually prevent you from receiving any notifications (it's an all-or-nothing situations unfortunately). If you'd like us to do this, please email the community inbox at community@scope.org.uk and we can do this for you.
