Claim for Industrial injuries disablement benefit

I had an accident at work in Dec 1998 in the hospital working as a housekeeping assistant (cleaner). I did not receive compensation from my employer. and i am still suffering with the chronic cough asthma. i need help to find a solicitor to pursue my claim for Industrial injuries disablement benefit. as i cant get jobs  to work because of the Chronic Coughing.  i need your support.

Hi,

You don't need a solictor to claim any benefits. Before doing anything are you claiming any means tested benefits? Again, you do not need a solictor for a FTT. See link i posted above to see what advice agency is local to you.

not sure if you have went down the road of Occupational asthma but it might be something to think about when taking legal advice.
