I had an accident at work in Dec 1998 in the hospital working as a housekeeping assistant (cleaner). I did not receive compensation from my employer. and i am still suffering with the chronic cough asthma. i need help to find a solicitor to pursue my claim for Industrial injuries disablement benefit. as i cant get jobs to work because of the Chronic Coughing. i need your support.

Hi,You don't need a solictor to claim any benefits. Before doing anything are you claiming any means tested benefits? Again, you do not need a solictor for a FTT. See link i posted above to see what advice agency is local to you.
