after years of medications for depression and bipolar i have not been able to cry at all
also not been able to feel a buzz from too much wine, feel good or bad emotions, or have any sexual feelings
anyone relate
tonight i had a glass of red and as usual no effect but ed sheeran photograph came on and it was on in the hospital i was in a year ago and unbelievably i shed tears
i am over the moon to think its still possible to feel and express emotions
i was worried i wouldnt be able to grieve my parents/ pets in the future...
anyone experience similar and what did you do?
I find a joy in tears historically i find it really revitalising, blocking up all your emotions is horrible
none of the other feelinsg have come back but after this im more optimistic
