I am trying to get application forms for business grants!
I have email them & the replies was they can’t help as they r very busy with dealing with high demand people

what can I do please?
cant use the phone !
I am deaf

Sorry to hear that you are having trouble with accessing the forms, is there not a place you can get them from online? 

Did they give any sort of indication as to how long it would be before they could help you? 

I appreciate that you wouldn't be able to call them due to your hearing loss, but do they have any other means of contact apart from email such as a textphone?

I am not getting much luck of getting through to scopes 
I ve open up BSL Interpeter to get in touch with them!
video called wasn’t allowed

I have emailed them !
I had emailed saying they r high demands!

so how can I ask for Grants application forms 

it is difficult to get in touch & it is not easy to access by deaf pearson !

lacking of support & it is not very deaf aware!
not impressed at all
