Hi,Have you ever had a needs assessment? If not then you can refer yourself through this link. https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/social-care-and-support-guide/help-from-social-services-and-charities/getting-a-needs-assessment/Have you ever had a full benefits check from a local advice agency near you? If not, then i'd advise you to do this to check that you're claiming all the benefits you're entitled to. Start here for this. https://advicelocal.uk/

Welcome to the community @jilly567 I just wanted to check in with you today to see how you were getting on. Have you had a chance to read the above comments?
It definitely sounds as though you could benefit from some additional support. Do you currently have any kind of support at home?
Do you have enough food to get you through until the weather improves a bit? Do you have any friends, family, or neighbours who could pick some bits up for you?0 -
Hi @jilly567 - & welcome to the community from me too. I hope you're doing OK. As well as the advice above you may also get assistance from your local council in the form of financial help or vouchers, etc. Please look at this link: https://www.ageuk.org.uk/information-advice/money-legal/benefits-entitlements/how-to-get-help-with-urgent-or-one-off-expenses/ scrolling down to 'Can I get help from my local council?'Please also see: https://www.nhs.uk/nhs-services/online-services/how-to-order-repeat-prescriptions-online/ to see if you can get your prescriptions delivered to your home.Lastly, the Salvation Army is always willing to help anyone with practical advice & support (it doesn't matter whether you have a faith, or not) : https://www.salvationarmy.org.uk/0
