Hi @cupcake88 - we all went for coffee....my son & his wife, Poppy, her daughter & I, & we had a lovely chat together. I'm not up to doing much, unfortunately, so we later went for lunch then went to meet back up with my son & his wife. It may not sound like much, but it meant an awful lot just to meet.Have you heard back from the crisis team? It's awful it can take so long. As ever, my dear friend, & as Teddybear12 has said above, take such very good care of yourself, & don't hesitate to ring for an ambulance if needed. Wishing you a very safe evening, xx0

Hi Cupcake
I hope your keeping yourself safe.
I think you should definitely speak to the doctor tomorrow when you go for your injection.They maybe take a look at changing your meds.
I hope you manage to get a decent sleep.
Good night ❤️0 -
@Teddybear12. Hi teddy bear thanks for your message I’m having another bad day today so I might have to call a ambulance if I can’t keep my self safe0

Hi cupcake
Im so sorry you just don’t seem to be getting any rest from all this.
I hope after the nurse speaks to your consultant they can look into your meds, as it really seems they aren’t helping you.
I keep saying it but please phone 999 if you don’t feel any better.
Please look after yourself ❤️❤️0 -
Hi @cupcake88 - I'm so sorry you're continuing to have difficulty with such bad thoughts. I know you fight incredibly to get the right sort of help you need, & hope you continue to do so. So, always call your crisis team; it doesn't matter how many times, as this just shows the very real struggles you're facing. You know to call an ambulance if needed; again it doesn't matter how many times, as everyone needs to know that your current level of support is just not enough.I hope you'll consider trying to speak to your GP tomorrow, as they too need to know how bad things are for you, & need to be kept in the loop. I do so hope they can help, &, as I've mentioned before, & perhaps it's worth asking, can they contact your last hospital consultant for their advice, so they can work together to help you?Edit: I've just seen that the nurse who gave you your injection is going to let your consultant know, which is great. I'd still talk to your GP as they seem so supportive.Sending so much love, support & hugs, my dear friend, xx0

Hello @cupcake88 how are you today? Was your injection okay?
Just to let you know, I've removed some of the sensitive details from your earlier comment, as they may be triggering for other members. Remember that the offer of additional support still stands in your pm's, you'd just need to message us with those details for us to get the ball rolling.0 -
@chiarieds. hello my dear friend how are you ? I spoke to my gp today but because I’m under a consultant he doesn’t want to add or change any thing but I have
let them know what’s going on .Yes I have been using crisis a lot this week which is needed as I have been very low . I’m so greatful for this forum .I’m on hope to pip because I’m worried my claim will be stopped with no warning like If they do
a paper review would they ever just stop a payment with out letting the person know ? X0 -
On hold that was ment to say0
-
@Alex_Scope. Thanks for all your help means a lot to me xx1
-
That's alright @cupcake88 I'm glad you spoke to your GP today as well.0

Hi cupcake
I really hope the crisis team can get things sorted for you.
To keep you safe in the community.
Stay strong ❤️0 -
Hi again
They will not just stop your PIP without informing you
As it is paid in arrears even if you lost your award at the review you would be informed and still get the final payment due0 -
Hi @cupcake88 - that's good you told your GP as to how you've been. I hope today has been a better day. As Jane says, there's nothing to worry about with your PIP claim, as it wouldn't just be stopped like that. Take care always, xx

@bekindalways,
You should be able to change this if you go to notification preferences in the edit profile section. There should be an option to unsubscribe from notifications about discussions you've participated in, unless you're specifically mentioned. Let me know how you get on with that. I can include screenshots otherwise!
@cupcake88,
I'm just catching up with this thread and I'm so glad to hear that you have spoken to your GP, as others have said. That's a very brave thing in itself and I hope it'll be the first step towards getting better support, too. Fingers crossed for a bright weekend ahead0
