Additional information to a MR

Hi. I sent my completed MR form in beginning of December, I've had a text to tell me they have received it and it will be looking at in the next 10 weeks. However today after a phone call with one of my specialists I need to advise whoever is carrying out the MR of additional information, how do I do that? Do I use the original online link to upload information or would I have to write in or can I phone, thought I would ask in her as the waiting time on the phone seems to be long x
