Hi everybody, looking for some information about getting large backdated severe disability Allowance been told the money will be written off. Had anyone had similar experience. Thanks

Hi,Do you mean the Severe Disability Premium? What do you mean by "written off"? If you've recently claimed the SDP it will be backdated to the date you qualified for it.0

If you mean the arrears of SDP will be used to pay off debts you have with DWP then they can do that.0
