Only problem I had recently is the price, my local firm has put its prices up, used to be 4 pound for a 2 mile journey now up to 7 pound. I'd rather not use them and didn't book it.0

I have to use taxis as I can't walk to my nearest bus stop and I've had similar problems to you @marybottomley. I have to have a normal low car as I have to get in backwards, lay along the back seat and then lift my feet in. I've stopped using a couple of firms because they always send a big people carrier.
When I've complained I always get insolence from the drivers, usually moaning that 'other disabled people can get in with no problem, I don't know why you can't!'
If I prebook for appointments, it's rare that they turn up on time.0 -
