Does stem cell treatment cure autism?

My son didn't start saying words till 4. He didn't say complete sentences till 5 or 6. He is 7 now but still can't hold a conversation.
I am planning to do stem cell therapy from [removed by moderator]. Would it be helpful for my child or not?

Unfortunately there is limited information available on stem cell therapy and autism and we'd be unable to say whether it would be helpful for your child as we're not medically trained and don't know anything about your son.
