Hi all
 Happy new year  I hope  everyone  is well?
Some advise needed please. 
Does anyone know about  mail redirection .
Are there any mail that cant be redirected. 
Royal mail were not helpfull.

I dont know what to do my situation  is the same 
Interms of my housing.
Im having to redirect my mail at a friend's house 
 Should i notify  esa to send correspondents to another address  due to tampering of mail

I dont think ill get out of this dark place

Its not an multiple  occapancy 
 The mail is being redirected  from my flat to friends 
Spoken to housing benifit 
They daid i can use another correspondence 

My neighbours are not nice  people unfortunately

 Apologies  i think DWP should  be doing things 
Via email for clients in certain  situations.

Nice to hear from you again, happy new year! Sorry to hear that you are still in a less than ideal housing situation, and that you are having to make adjustments to the way you receive mail.

As above, it might be worth contacting the DWP to see if there is anything they can do for you, it's a shame that Royal Mail haven't been able to help.

What about HB 
Ive spoken to a senior manager before xmas what i remember is he said i could use an alternative  correspondent addresses  and email.
But the award letter by law has to be posted.

HB is down to your Local Authority and not DWP. I can contact my Local Authority for HB and CTR through email, which i've done several times.

Thank you  i know that.
I much prefer  receiving 
Imformation  via email.
So essentially im asking can HB  deal with my requests.
My  friends not keen on   receiving redirection mail
She belives it can have an impact  on her credit rating .

I explained it wouldnt have any bearing on that 
As far as im aware.
