Hi
I had a review of LCWRA and at the start of the call the lady said there was another person with her who was training and she asked me if I minded them sitting in.
I had already postponed a previous tel. assessment due to anxiety and didn't feel like it would reflect well on me if I said no to someone sitting in on the call.
Has this happened to anyone you know?
I've requested and received copy of my first and this report and there is no mention of the person who was training being present, so I don't know who they were.
I was awarded nil points and have applied for appeal but this is concerning me.

My first and only face 2 face assessment has two people, one who was being trained, I suppose they have to learn in a real life capacity.2024 The year of the general election...the time for change is coming 💡

Thank you for the information. That makes total sense. This is all quite new to me and I've to apply for PIP, and DLA also for my child, so it's quite overwhelming. The person cannot possibly be mentioned on the report as they were not part of the process. They were an observer. -
