I am now deaf in my right ear. Could I put down a vibrating alarm clock as an aid to help me get up in a morning.

Hi, I would put it down as it is an aid that you use in your everyday life0

I can't see anywhere, where it mentions this. https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/benefits/sick-or-disabled-people-and-carers/pip/help-with-your-claim/fill-in-form/9-communicating-verbally/Have you ever got some expert advice to check that you can actually score enough points needed for an award? If you haven't then i'd urge you to do this https://advicelocal.uk/It's also worth remembering that you can have a disability but not qualify for PIP because if you don't meet the descriptors you won't score the points needed for an award. You can't make the descriptors fit you.
