ESA to state pension

I am in receipt of IB ESA, I presently receive the benefits below, when I reach state pension age, would I still receive these:
Extra money because you are severely disabled £66.95
Extra money because of the Disability Income Guarantee £17.10
Limited capability for work addition Extra Money because you are in the Support Group £39.20
Extra money because you are severely disabled £66.95
Extra money because of the Disability Income Guarantee £17.10
Limited capability for work addition Extra Money because you are in the Support Group £39.20

You will not receive the disability income guarantee (Enhanced disability premium) or the extra money for being in the Support Group because they are both part of ESA which is a working age benefit and stops once you reach state pension age.You will need to claim your State Pension before you reach this age.If you live alone you will need to claim Pension credit to claim the Severe disability premium. (if entitled to it at the time)0
