Sorry to hear that @janer1967

Sorry to hear that @janer1967 - in my case, I had COVID-19 a few weeks ago and my partner didn't get it, even though he was living with me for a few days. I'm aware this is not the case for everyone, but that's my experience of it. It's probably best to just keep testing yourself/your family and follow the government guidelines. Please see here for the latest guidelines in relation to COVID-19:
I hope the above helps and take care

Hope he feels better soon! When my daughter had it in July/August she didn’t isolate from my grandson or her partner and neither of them caught it. Hopefully this will be the case for you!I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Oh no, hopefully a mild case

Hope he'll be feeling better soon. When I had it no one else in the house caught it. Fingers crossed for you.

Hope Toby is only mildly affected, & your tests stay negative.

He is OK so far more like bad cold typical as his brace comes off tomorrow from his knee dislocation
I've started with aches and sore throat see what result of tomorrow's test is
Thanks everyone for you messages -
Fingers crossed he's ok, it's taking me and SM longer than we thought to feel 100% but that's because we are both getting on. And hope you don't get it as well @janer19672024 The year of the general election...the time for change is coming 💡

It is scary tho not having anyone near us in case we needed anything good job bf isn't working away this week -
I slept a lot when I had it too @janer1967. The rest did help.
I'm glad your boyfriend is able to drop stuff off There's an NHS volunteering scheme that connects volunteers with people isolating who need essential items such as food and medicine. They'll do your shopping for you, and drop it off safely at your home. My partner was able to use them, and it was a real help, so there is support available! -
Thanks for that tori
We have what we need and my online shopping comes tomorrow
Fingers crossed toby test negative tomorrow which is day 5 and then day 6 tue same so he can come 9ut of isolation . He is a lot better today -
I'm glad he's feeling better today @janer1967 Fingers crossed for negative tests tomorrow all round!
