Hi, sorry to bother again, when do you notify UC of this, is it when receiving tenancy agreement (before move in date) or on the actual move in date agreed on the tenancy?

Hi and welcome
You will find you can't report anything on uc until the date effective or after
You should report it on or after the date you become responsible as a tenant usually move in date
Any housing element payment will be applicable for the assessment period in which the move occurs1 -
Hello @ADS21 and thanks for reaching out with your query. I hope janer1967 has helped to reassure you, but if there's anything else you need then please do ask, and we'll do what we can to help

I hope the move goes smoothly for you, are you excited?
