If you mean payment for carpets? There doesn’t always seem to be a lot of help with this. Your local authority may have schemes you can apply through, have you checked?

Hi,Last year the Government announced a Household Support Fund for vulnerable households. For this you will need to contact your local Authority. Details here. https://www.disabilityrightsuk.org/news/2021/september/government-£500-million-support-fund-“vulnerable-households”-no-replacement
