The poem called day in life Trudy
A young woman called Trudy was the landlady of a pub called The swan
Where regulars were busy supping their drinks
She kept her sweet smile on her face all through the night as served her customers
As there was a party atmosphere in the pub as there was a tribute band played and the customers clapped at the end of song to show their apprications at the songs that were being played people were tapping their feet and tables they were at.
Trudy was on her feet the pub closed at 12.00 pm when Trudy called last orders at the pub after the final customer had left the pub she was able to close the doors of the pub before she was busy putting all the dirty glasses in the big dishwasher and the would-be washed and dry for next morning this was before Trudy turned off all the lights in the pub before she took herself upstairs to her kitchen where she made her two slices of toast and cup of tea as she was able she heals of her feet were hurting standing all that time.
As Trudy once finished her toast and tea. She washed her plate and mug before going for a long soak in the bath helped Trudy relax by listening to calming music was before she got out of the bath dried herself before putting the red night robe on a taking herself into the bedroom where the silk bed duvet covers taken back Trudy as she slid herself into bed as her head hit the pillow she was sound asleep before she was awoken by her alarm clock early at 6 o'clock in the morning when others were still snoring it all started again for Trudy as the day began for her.
