Which is, as advised, not relevant.scraggs said:

Can you recall how much ESA you were getting immediately before claiming UC?

I think the best thing you can do is get some expert advice regarding this from an agency near you. https://advicelocal.uk/

On the basis of what you have posted it does seem surprising that you were not getting an income based ESA top up. As previously advised you should have been contacted by DWP as part of the review exercise but if this didn't happen and you now want to pursue it it would be sensible, as suggested by poppy, to contact a local advice service who can go through all your paperwork with to check whether you have been overlooked and to help you with dealing with DWP.

Thankyou both so very much for all your advice x I have always thought I was entitled to income related top up ESA. But didn't know who to ask or how to find out 😢 but because I didn't get any ESA income related top up I have had to pay all my medications dentist glasses when I should not have been paying for this for many many years 😢😢 once again thankyou for all your help x

Put your postcode into this link and choose the topic "welfare benefits" https://advicelocal.uk/ it will tell you what's local to you for help and advice.

It will help any adviser if you have available any paperwork related to your ESA claim (going all the way back to when you transferred from IB if you still have it).

THe history of any other benefit claimed by you and your partner would also be helpful.
