Urgent tribunal

So my wife was turned down at assessment and then MR for PIP. So we applied for tribunal and after 7 weeks if waiting I contacted and explained that due to the mental health issues the waiting (we applied feb2021) was causing her difficulties and we then got sent an order from judge for it to be marked as urgent and dealt with ASAP. My question is does this mean they will review and possibly make decision without tribunal hearing or just that we will hear something sooner that 24 weeks after tribunal application? I can't find information anywhere. Many thanks
