Not received decision letter from courts but I think the DWP has, what does this mean?

Hi all,
I am looking for some advice as after a week I still haven't received my decision letter from the court, even though I was told I would receive it by 29th Jan.
The strange thing is I believe the DWP has received the decision as on Wednesday my claimant commitment changed and they wanted me to accept the new one. I am on Universal Credit and was appealing after they said I didn't qualify for LCW or LCWRA. My claimant commitments originally had me looking for work over 20 hours within 25 minutes of home but the new ones have absolutely no commitments just to sign in often to complete anything on my to do list and inform them of a change of circumstances.
What I would like to know is does this mean I have been awarded LCW or LCWRA? I suspect I have won my appeal in one way or another (as I would hear immediately if I had lost) but until I get a letter I really don't know what this could mean.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds as if you have indeed been awarded LCWRA. Is there not a letter in your UC journal saying this?0

No, other than the change in commitments but I have had no information to say why it has changed. I have just guessed that they received a decision letter before I have.0
