I am a sufferer of RLS,
I have found relief by exercising 1 hour before bedtime.
Also never drink alcohol after lunch time,
History show a that Inca officials used to recruit sufferers of RLS as troop leaders because they believed that it was the gods telling them to march and gave them a beer called chicha which enhanced the condition.

Hi @Manco Welcome to the community!
By RLS, are you referring to restless leg syndrome?
I'm glad that you've managed to find some relief by not drinking alcohol after lunch, and doing some exercise before bed. What kind of exercise do you do?History show a that Inca officials used to recruit sufferers of RLS as troop leaders because they believed that it was the gods telling them to march and gave them a beer called chicha which enhanced the condition. That's interesting! Where did you read about that?0
