Needing some help. Does anyone have a tip for when my Macbook gets hot?

Hello Scope online community 

I looking for some helpful advice when I keep my Macbook my the tray for the electric wheelchair the Macbook gets so hot because hot air has no way to escape. I appreciate  anyone has any solutions to my because afraid of using Macbook pro because broken on because of getting hot

    Hi @Globster,
    One thing that I have personally found really helpful with this is to use a bed desk. I don't know the specific dimensions on your wheelchair or anything like that, so can't give any recommendations, but they're fairly easy to find online :)

    HELLO. IF YOU CAN HAVE YOUR LAPTOP SERVICED. THE INTERNAL MAY NEED CLEANING (DEPENDING UPON IT AGE).


    I HAVE USED COOLING PADS/MATS WHICH WORK WELL.

    Try taping some wooden lolly sticks together and then sit them left and right and simply rest your laptop ontop. This would provide a gap underneath to let air circulate.
