in Start here and say hello!
Hi everyone 
I'm claiming UC and New Style ESA last month got awarded LCWRA and put into support group on ESA both sent back payments to me now UC want the amount ESA paid me back is this right

    Hi,
    Yes this is correct. Your ESA is deducted in full from any UC entitlement. You can’t receive backdated money from both if you were claiming UC at the same time, otherwise you would be paid twice.
