Reasonable adjustment?

Good evening,
I have been informed that sitting down to dress your bottom half is a reasonable adjustment and not something DWP consider a “change” or “aid”? (sorry brain fog bad and struggling to find the words I mean there).
is there somewhere within the paperwork that I’ve missed that informs us of this? I’m wondering if I’ve sent a MR unnecessarily because actually I don’t score the relevant points because it’s normal?
I hope this makes sense and someone can understand what I mean.
Thank you

    Tribunal decision
    https://administrativeappeals.decisions.tribunals.gov.uk/Aspx/view.aspx?id=4843

    See paragraph 35
The evidence was that the claimant sat in order to put on her jeans and take them off because of impaired balance. It is normal to carry out that aspect of dressing and undressing while standing, but it is just as normal to do so sitting down for convenience. Balance for that part of dressing and undressing is not required in order to carry out the activity in a normal manner. Needing to sit does not show an impaired function for carrying out the activity, but only for one manner of carrying out the activity.

If, notwithstanding sitting down, you need someone, or an aid, to help you get shoes, socks etc on that is a different matter.

Ah! Okay thank you. Are there any other reasonable adjustments that I may not have thought of?
Or how did you find that info so I can search myself?
    Sorry to be a pain

Indeed, the crucial sentence of the bit i quoted doesn't actually refer to the bed, it says "Needing to sit does not show an impaired function for carrying out the activity..". Just so happens that because most people get dressed in their bedroom the piece of furniture that they sit on is often the bed.

I chose to ignore the use of the term reasonable adjustment in the OP's opening post which actually asks about 'sitting down' rather than beds.

@calcotti & @Username_removed Thank you both for your replies.
So I had originally wrote that I need to sit down to dress my bottom half or put shoes on or off. If I bend forward or my head is angled downwards or below chest height I suffer dizzy spells due to the shift in pressure in my brain. Recently this has resulted in me falling over so I know take the precaution to prevent injury.

They returned and stated I score 0 points because sitting down is a reasonable adjustment, something most people have to do and is not just due to my conditions.
That’s why I used reasonable adjustment in my post. Sorry if that’s not the correct term.

I will have a look at the site provided. Thank you both for your help
