Waiting times

Hi, I had my assessment on the 17th of December and still not heard anything, when I spoke to my coach 2 weeks ago she said it hadnt been a signed to anyone and she would send it to the case manager but I still havent heard anything. Is anyone able to let me know how long they have been waiting?

There are long waits at the moment. Frankly, the whole system has become very dysfunctional but there is nothing you can do except wait. If you look through the forum you will see that a very high proportion of the threads are about waiting for some part of the process to be completed.

I would maybe write in your journal again and hope the case manager can see it
