Why is your DLA stopping? Have you recently applied for PIP and been refused?

Why is your dla about to stop have you applied for pip 

Having diabetes isn't a reason for being eligible for pip unfortunately.  Pip is about how your condition affects you against the 12 descriptors and not about a condition 

Everyone is affected in different ways by their condition and as a diabetic myself I am aware that if managed correctly it doesn't stop you doing day to day tasks 

Also I'm very aware of thr other problems to health diabetes can cause which may entitle you to pip
