Ap runs 17th-16th
23/02/21 first fit note6th may received questionnaire and sent back
14th Jan 21 had phone assessment
9th Feb told been awarded lcwra. Fit notes provided apart from when job Centre messaged to say don’t send.
questions are:
1. will this be backdated to June 21?(think I calculated correct)
2. how long does it take from being awarded to them telling you what payments you are due and when your likely to receive backdated.
Many thanks

Health condition first reported in Feb to March AP.
Waiting period is the three complete APs March to June.
LCWRA payable for June to July AP payable on 23rd July.
If you first reported your health condition on 17h February followed up by a Fit Note a week later then LCWRA will be payable from 23rd June0 -

2. how long does it take from being awarded to them telling you what payments you are due and when your likely to receive backdated.Anything from 1-4 weeks, sometimes longer. 3-5 working days from when payment is sent.Do be aware that your statements will need to be recalculated to work out exactly how much they owe you. Once this is done the new ones will replace your existing statements so you may want to take screenshots now.0 -
