Managing therapy help

Hello, I am trying to score 2 points under activity 3: Needs supervision, prompting or assistance to be able to manage therapy that takes no more than 3.5 hours a week.

I have only been given one 1 point on both the assessment and mandatory reconsideration for medication prompting instead.

The evidence I provided are weekly appointments with a physio and a psychologist for my mental health. Do these not meet the criteria because I am confused. The report in the mandatory reconsideration states ‘there is no evidence of more than 1 session of physio per week’. Isn’t one session a week enough?

It also acknowledges the psychologist evidence but makes no further comment. I just want to make sure but seeing a psychologist counts as managing therapy, correct?

The therapy must take place in your own home. If you go out to attend the therapy appointments it doesn't count.

Ok thank you. I somehow missed that part. Do you know if online would count?

Just did some research and I think if I am doing exercises for physio at home and someone is there in my home to prompt/assist/supervise me then that would qualify for activity 3 c?

I put down on the form that I was doing exercises at home but got support from the physio when I went to see them. As I live at home with my mum I guess I could use her as the support. I forget to do the exercises or do them incorrectly so I honestly do need someone to help me when at home.

It needs to be prescribed or recommended by a registered doctor, nurse, pharmacist or health professional regulated by the Health Professions Council.
The question is if you didn't do that therapy would your condition be likely to deteriorate?

based on these you need make sure there are no contradictions in what you're sending and writing.

Just telling them you forget or you do them incorrectly isn't enough. You need to give a couple of real world incidents of what happened the last time you attempted that activity.
