Hi and welcome to the community
If you are telling uc you have an illness that affects your ability to work or look for work then yes you need to fill in the form and have an assessment
Pip is completely separate benefit and getting pip doesn't mean you will get lcw or lcwra
They have different criteria1 -
I asked my work coach the same question on Friday and was told it still has to be filled in, and then an assessment will be done by phone/video or in person0

Hi,Not filling it in and returning it within the timescale given could potentially see you being found fit for work.0

Welcome to the community @missfathima Thanks for joining!
I hope that the above replies have helped in answering your question. Is there anything else that you're unsure about? How do you feel about completing the assessment?0
