Hi @valiantdelori and welcome to the community, thanks for reaching out, that can be difficult, so well done. I'm so sorry to hear how anxious you're feeling.

Do you have anyone that could go with you for support at all? Could I ask why you're needing to make changes to your bank account, just so that I can fully understand the situation?

The reason they ask you to do this is because you need to show them your bank card as proof that it's genuinely you.
Do you have someone that can go with you? with the bank account changes cancelling then you will need to speak to your bank about that.

I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

It's standard procedure for them to ask you to attend the job centre with proof of the bank changes. I don't know if changing them back will mean you'll still have to go into the job centre but others may know.

Okay @valiantdelori thanks for explaining for us. Have you asked for those changes to be cancelled then?

You'll need to sort out your bank accounts to make sure everything is in order there, and get in contact with them, are you comfortable doing that?

Let us know if there's still anything you're concerned about, and we'll do what we can to help.
