Hello i just want to know if i getting LCWRA can i claim disability living allowance for my son because i am single parent thanku

It means that DLA isn't part of Universal Credit so doesn't affect it in a bad way. They are 2 completely different benefits.If your child is under 16 you can start a claim for DLA for them. You'll need to prove they need more care and attention than that of a child the same age that doesn't have a health condition.If your child is 16 and over then it will be PIP they would need to claim.
