Hi,I would have expected you to have received the decision letter by now, so yes, you will need to ring them to ask them to send you another. Your first 4 weekly payment should be soon but you can ask them when to expect that when you ring them. It will have to be Monday morning now because it's the weekend.0

Hi there
You often get the backpay before you get the decision letter with all the details of your payments so hopefully it is on its way
You can call I think there is now an automated option that tells you what your next payment is and how much so you may not even have to talk to anyone1 -

Indeed but just over 3 weeks since payment was received seems rather a long time to have to wait for the decision letter.

@poppy123456 I agree it is a long time for the letter but as we are all well aware of backlog of mail in and out of dwp
Was just trying to avoid the op having to call when they have difficulty on the phone
It may be worth calling to get another copy of the letter sent if it's not arrived by time they open again on Monday1 -
Thank you for all your comments I will try and ring them Monday morning0
