    Hi @daveyyyyyyyyyyyy

Welcome to Scope's forum. It is great to see you have joined us. How are you today?

Unfortunately, PIP is not an area of my expertise. This means I can only hope someone with more knowledge in this area is able to respond to you soon.

In the meantime, I just wanted to respond to greet you and to say we are here with you  :)

    Hi,
It's not unusal to receive money owed before the decision letter. PIP is paid 4 weekly and not monthly.
It could be standard rate for both daily living and mobility. To know for sure you'll need to wait for the decision letter and it will tell you everything you need to know.

Hello @daveyyyyyyyyyyyy and welcome to the community, thanks for your query about PIP. To help our members find it more easily I've just moved it over into our PIP category and edited the title slightly.

Do let us know if you have any other questions, and hopefully you'll get your decision letter in the post soon :)

Enhanced rate daily Living would be £358.40 every 4 weeks.

Thank you having counted back the week's  and dividing  it up it seems that £358.40 + £23.70  gets me to roughly what I received today and given the fact the guy on the ohjne the other day mentioned £358 I'm thinking I have enhanced rate daily living and lower rate mobility but will know for sire once the letter arrives thanks for the help guys I really appreciate it

£358.40 every 4 weeks is Enhanced daily living. No mobility award.

    As advised here!

Don’t know why OP then thought standard rate mobility would be involved too.

Not something you chose to tell us when you asked the question, you just mentioned £358/month.

The amount you received doesn’t add up to Enhanced daily living and standard mobility. If you had been awarded this then the money you would have received would have been more than this.

£ 113.30 x 15  weeks would get it to £1.699 ..today I received £1650.09 but I can not be sure it was 15 weeks precisely to the dot ,,either way I'll see when I get my letter now

    That's not 15 weeks.

18 weeks at enhanced rate Daily Living 89.60 = £1612.80 plus 3 days would come to about £1650.

it could also be standard rate both but it can”t be enhanced rate Daily Living plus standard rate Mobility.

You’ll know soon enough so it’s a bit pointless speculating really.

If you have a PIP mobility award whether you'll be automatically entitled to a disabled buss pass will depend on the criteria set by your local Authority. It doesn't with mine and i have Enhanced mobility.
