New here and looking for assistance and advice please…Fighting the never ending battle against the mishaps of the DWP since 2018. Every time I get awarded the benefits I am entitled to, something happens and I find myself in a never ending game of snakes and ladders. DWP lost my PIP review form and despite informing me it was reinstated, they have just decided to stop payment unless I appeal. Can I reapply whilst I appeal as I can’t see how the Tribunal can make a decision based on nothing? No information, no change in points, just the fact they haven’t received my review!?!

Hi,If they didn't receive your PIP review form then the MR will be based on them not receiving this and the same for Tribunal. When did you return the form? and did you get proof of posting from your local Post office?0

A reminder to everybody to make a copy of the form before sending it back.0
