Hi. This as never happened before. Esa not gone in. 
I dont have no idea why. No letters nothing.

    There’s are numerous threads about missing ESA payments. It’s usually a computer glitch. You need to ring ESA and hopefully they can trigger a payment.

    I know it's a typo but I like the idea of DWP dealing in cliches.

    How about "Universal Credit is simplifying the benefits system".
