Pip report is inconsistent. How do I explain this in an MR?
I finally got my report sent to me once I read through it and stoped to think I saw that there's inconsistent evidence quoted as a reason as to why I don't need help also took my sentence of one of my friends stays with me for 2/3 days a week as a scale of 2 days out of 7 I require help how do I explain this in a mr

My advice is to put the report away and forget about it because this isn't going to get you a PIP award.
You should put the MR request in writing stating where and why you think you should have scored those points. Add a couple of real world incidents of what happened the last time you attempted that activity for each descriptor that applies to you. Include detailed information such as where you were, what exactly happened, did anyone see it and what the consequences were. You should aim for at least half an A4 page per descriptor that applies.
