    @Biblioklept sunlight also hurry my eyes part of my condition 

    I was given some dark glasses from sensory team which are really good they cut out the glare but not the light they are also wrap around which you may find helps as then the sun can't get through the sides

    The wind is getting on my nerves, just had a shower but not forcast rain, now sun trying to come out. I hope it's not windy next week when heat wave comes
