Nothing much @SueHeath,we are having a settee delivered today though and I don't want to be asleep when it arrives.

Ha ha that's true - lets hope your on the early delivery - have you had any work to do in this room ie revamp/decorating or was it just stairs/hall way? x

The carpenter was working in the hallway,we've still got work to do there(need to find someone to clean and restore the floor tiles).

The settee's for the conservatory but it's going to have to be left in the hallway as the old conservatory furniture's not being collected until next week

sounds like a busy and cluttered house at the moment Teigr - that's the part i hate about restoration or any decorating come to think of it ha ha - can be stressful times but worth it when it's all done x

We should've been done ten years ago @SueHeath but we've had so many jobs go wrong it's turned into our life's work.

I really do feel for you, this doesn't help with stress @Teigr my hubby is a Painter & Decorator and we still seem to live in a building site, it certainly does not help when jobs go wrong or you can't get the trades in or even run out of money for bigger projects.
Have you ever watched the film "Money Pit" Tom Hanks film ??? xxx

Ha ha sunny here @Teddybear12 i need it to be dry now for at least 3 days - that's it i've put my order in ha ha 
Youngest Grandson went on one of those three day stay over activities trip from school, it lashed it down all day for them yesterday, don't want them to have a bad time, it cost's to much money for that.
Sister and Hubby coming to stay for a couple of days, we have an Aunts funeral tomorrow, and they smoke, so got to get the smokers hut ready in my garden ha ha, well sweep the leaves up and find some ash trays ha ha xx
