Thanks @SueHeath keeps me busy tbh and takes my mind off things I wasn't going to go today but I forced myself to go wore a lovely outfit with matching shoes done my make up perfect and my hair because I'm worth it lol 🤣😂 plus I got to meet other children's parents who are going though the same as me and all of a sudden boom 💥 a switch flicked on in my head I'm not alone xxx

Thank you @SueHeath my problem is I think I'm failure but infact I'm stronger than what I think I will beat whatever is wrong with me etc I need to start to love myself again it's going to take time but I will get there in the end it's gonna be a long road with winding turns but I will fight this till the end xxx

Your worse then me @Teigr with the ironing, I know what you mean @Pam about the pain etc, but my ironing is part of making me move about more ha ha x
