I have found a very good thing that I am getting help to sign up to and do in April and I would like to share it too.

It is called Race at Your Pace and you sign up and can do lots of different activities and reach goals at your own pace and when you do you get a real medal. 😊

I hoping it might help anyone who wants to be more active but is worried because their disability making it hard like mine does.

I not very good with my words so I have the website they explain all properly

https://www.raceatyourpace.co.uk/

😊xx
