It can often take them a few weeks to pay anything they owe you. Before they do this they will need to recalculate your past statements to work out exactly what they've already paid you and what they should have paid you. You will then receive the difference between the 2. Once this is done you'll receive a letter onto your journal telling you how much they owe. It will then be paid into your bank.Do be aware than once your statements are recalculated they will replace your existing ones so you may want to take screenshots so you have a record of what you've already been paid.2

Unless you're living in supported or temporary housing it wouldn't be housing benefit you received, it would housing element which is part of UC. Housing benefit is a completely different benefit.Amberpearl said:I got 334 ucand399 housing benefit on 2 July
