£150 Council Tax Rebate

I too received a letter yesterday from my council, hoping to hear what they are doing with my £150, but alas it was a final reminder to bring this current years Council Tax up to date by paying the balance of the whole years amount within 7 days!
Telephoned them yesterday afternoon to say that that was impossible given the amount of money we receive. No point in instructing bailiffs as they do not have the right to force entry to our home to levy a distress warrant . Car has been sold so no available assets outside the home to levy on Then if it went to court for a committal hearing I would show the judge that we are making payments that we can afford and not wilfully refusing to pay. They made no comment and hung up the telephone.
We will see what happens next - they can't get blood out of a stone.

I stand corrected nice to see you point me out individually and nobody else whose information you have corrected but nothing more than I have come to expect1

I don't see how saying it is what I have come to expect is a personal attack
Majority of your posts you quote the person or tag that you are trying to give clarity on but on this occasion I was the only person to be tagged which is what I meant by I had come to expect
But as you felt the need to report my comment then it is in the hands of the admin and no further comment
At least you didn't tag me in your response to the queen's jubilee post where we had differing opinions0 -
